SUE HARLAND Sue has been in the radio business for nearly two decades. During that time, she has worn many hats and been involved with a variety of musical formats. She's as comfortable in front of the camera as she is behind the microphone. As a commercial actress, Sue has been seen in local and national television commercials as well as heard on a multitude of radio stations during the course of her career. Sue occasionally acts in local theater and most recently played the part of Karen, Margo's best friend in "All About Eve," the part for which Celeste Holme won the honor of best supporting actress. Sue has traveled extensively throughout Europe in all seasons, returning most often to visit dear friends in France and Germany. She has skied and hiked South America and Europe, but still prefers the snow in the U.S. Sue is a gifted amateur artist and enjoys painting as well as sculpting in clay, metal, and stone. She is a small-time egg rancher with four laying hens and 12 ducks, a creative cook, and an oenophile with a special fondness for wines of France, Oregon, and the California Central Coast. A native Californian, Sue was born on the Central Coast in San Luis Obispo, where her parents still reside. She has a strong appreciation for classical music and considers it a privilege to be associated with 104.9 FM XLNC1.
